Everything here is simple, effective and free, and without ideology or bias.

Checklist (in order)

Observe the world around you in this moment, become aware of your breathing as you're reading this, and then gently notice the sides of your vision as well.
Understand in a heartbeat that turning the tide against addiction globally is very easy, because nobody's truly happy with their usage, and this is the most destigmatised time and vibrant method of achieving this.
Let go of all attachments to any specific outcome; fully accepting anyone else's beliefs without any form of judgement. We could start over if everyone accepted everyone else's beliefs: not that you had to agree, or even be okay with what they believe, but just accept other people have them.

We want everyone living the best life for them, making their best and clearest decisions without stress, and from there, letting our best ideas thrive.

Do you feel that tiny voice of resistance everywhere as well? //

Yeah, I do too.

I could make some big statement on how this plays out on a societal scale, but let's not even worry about it until that little glimmer of thought steadily grows in the back of your mind over time and you come to a rough, and then hopeful, conclusion on your own.

This resistance is to keep you alive, because we do not know what's over that next hill, because whatever circumstances you're in right now, you are breathing.

If you listen to that voice — which you recognise as you notice it, because no piece of language will ever be enough to encompass you — you will be forever unhappy, because you will look to salvation or suffering through the future or past.

Recognise this, evaluate briefly for you, and take appropriate action in the present moment.
